RADAR DATA & SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE A BAND OF MODERATE
TO HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO THE CNTL SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. LOCAL
SMALL HAIL HAS ALSO BEEN REPORTED. RADAR INDICATES THE HEAVIEST
RAIN IS NOW MOVING THROUGH THE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO ITSELF & WILL
SOON REACH BOTH THE EAST BAY & N. SAN MATEO COUNTY.
LOCALLY VERY HEAVY RAINFALL RATES WILL CAUSE LOCAL FLOODING OF
SMALL STREAMS.STREETS & HIGHWAYS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF
HRS.
